A coffee whose name represents folklore and strength; a name traditional for indigenous Nicaraguan women. Pola coffee is grown in the northern region of Nicaragua in the midst of Nueva Segovia, Matagalpa and Jinotega at altitudes ranging from 900-1100 mts.
This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 1500-1700 mm with temperatures between 20-29 degrees Celsius. Pola is characterized by its medium acidity and medium body complimented with a pleasant floral aftertaste. Pola coffee will awaken the strength within you. |
