H.B. Lapa Las Segovias , the Spanish translation for the most colorful bird of the region, is a vibrant and powerful coffee. This coffee variety is cultivated under shaded areas of Las Segovias in the Dipilto mountain range with an average altitude of 1200 mts. This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 900-1300 mm with temperatures between 15-30 degrees Celsius.
H.B. Lapa Las Segovias coffee beans are carefully processed at CISA's "San Carlos Mill" and "Las Camelias Mill", where the coffee beans are cautiously sun dried, classified, and hand selected under the supervision of highly specialized coffee technicians. The result of ideal climatic conditions, careful cultivation, harvesting and processing results Lapa's large, blue and green colored beans providing great fragrance, with good body combined with medium to high acidity, distinctive from other regions, pleasant and spontaneous sweet flavor.
