This region enjoys and annual average precipitation between 1700-2200 mm with temperatures between 16-25 degrees Celsius. Joya Coffee is processed under CISA's watchful eye: Sun dried, classified and selected by expert hands. Joya is characterized by its good aroma and marked acidity that reaches a perfect balance with its body perceived by its aftertaste and citric flavor.
