BEANS
CISA Exportadora started exporting Beans in 2002 and developed different and strict controls for all processes, including selection and direct purchase to growers and delivery of the products to our customers. That is why we can assure that our Beans comply with rules and standards regarding to size, color and cooking time.
Our processing mill is located in Niquinohomo, Masaya. The humidity range and temperatures of this region lets us store Beans, preserving all its physical and organoleptic characteristics. Our processing capacity (up to 2008) is 20,000 bags of 46 kg per month.
Nicaragua has three harvests, which lets us offer high quality beans through out the year:
• Primera: August and September
• Postrera: December and January
• Apante: March and April
